A day before your arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions to your phone. Just be sure be sure to complete self-check-in we email you ONE WEEK BEFORE you arrive.

Once you complete your credit card authorization (2 days before) we will send you the door code.

Parking
1. 7 parking spaces – you can park to the left of the garage all the way up too.
2. Don’t park on street unless in stacked stone parking corral
3. You can park 2 cars in garage. Garage remotes are in the white living room dresser
Check Weather
4 Wheel Drive & Chains
About a week before you arrive be sure to check the weather for Lake Arrowhead. If it is snowing or has snowed in the last 48 hours they might require 4-wheel drive or chains to get up to our home. If you are like me and grew up in California this may be new for you. This is my advice…
If you don’t have 4-wheel drive, go to Walmart and they should be able to help you buy the right chains for your car. The Walmart where I live is great about returns. I would ask your Walmart about their return policy. If you don’t need the chains you might be able to return them.
They Won’t Let You Up the Mountain
About ten minutes before you arrive at our home, they will stop you to have you put on your chains. If you don’t know how to put the chains on, they will help you put them on for $50. I would bring cash.
