1. Towels in Laundry Room

Nadelhorn: Please put all the USED towels in the blue baskets or on the floor in the laundry room.

Arbon: Please put all the USED towels in the blue baskets in the laundry room near the kitchen.

2. Strip White Sheets

Please ONLY strip the WHITE sheets including pack-n-play fitted sheets, white pillowcases, and towels that you used and leave on bed.

Do NOT REMOVE any white covers on beds/pillows that have zippers.

We ask that you keep food, drinks and make-up in the kitchen or the bathroom.

3. Start Dishwasher

We are hoping your family enjoyed meals at the house together. You have to scrub the food off before you put it in the dishwasher. If you don’t do that the cleaning team has to clean the dishes by hand and then they are not happy. If they complain to me then they charge me extra for cleaning.

If you keep up on the dishes, we are hoping you can start the last load before you leave. Underneath the sink, you should find detergent pods for the dishwasher. Please kindly start the dishwasher so when the team comes to clean we can just empty the dishwasher. The controls are on the top to start the dishwasher. Just select settings and press start and then close. You should hear it start to hum if you started it correctly. If the buttons are locked, you can lightly press the start button for 3 seconds and it will reset the buttons and you can try again.

4. Hot Tub Covered / Temp Down

Arbon: The hot tub is outside so it needs to be protected from the weather and mother nature. Please cover and make sure the clips are secured when you leave. Please text Karen to ask her to turn down the hot tub the last night you use it. It is expensive to keep that hot tub heated all the time.

5. Doors, Gates & Garage Remotes

Arbon Garage & Remotes: Please make sure two garage remotes are both in the welcome table top drawer. Also make sure both garage doors are closed when you leave. This is costly for both of us – please don’t forget to put the remotes back!

Arbon Sliding Doors: There is one sliding door that goes out to the hot tub. Please make sure it is locked. There is also a sliding door in the first floor apartment if you rented the whole house.

Arbon Gates: Please make sure the backyard gate and the deck gate (outside of the dining room window) are latched to keep the bears out. If you opened the playhouse door please make sure the door is closed to keep out the weather and the bugs. Do NOT lock the playhouse.

Arbon Typical Doors: Kitchen, Dining Room and Game room need the bolt locked.

Arbon Smart Locks: All 2 smart locks. First Floor Apartment (only some rent this floor) and Front door. You can lock them all by closing and pressing the circle YALE button at the top.

Arbon Windows: Please keep the windows closed and use the AC. When the windows are left open then it is too cold or hot for the next guest.

Arbon inside door TO garage: near the stairs should be open. Please do NOT lock this one.

Arbon inside side garage door LOCKED: going to outside neighbors. Please check that no one uses this door and that it is locked when you leave.

6. Trash – screw on the lids

Trash at both homes: Please empty the trash into the bins yellow or brown bins outside the house in the corrals. The lids and the cans should be the same color. Then please screw on firm so the bears can’t get into the trash.

Arbon Garage: Do NOT use any trash bins inside the garage.

7. Blinds & Curtains Closed

Arbon: Please close the curtains in the game room and the Master bedroom. Then close all curtains in the 1st-floor apartment (if you rented), including the slider, living room, and bedroom. We don’t want people to walk on the side of the house and be able to see if someone is or is not there. I’m not worried about the bunkroom or the garden room on the third floor.

8. Clean BBQ Grill & Sides

Please kindly clean the food off the grill and wipe down the sides. There should be BBQ cleaning tools outside on the BBQ or in the kitchen tool drawers.

9. Front Door is Locked

Please pull the door handle closed while locking, especially if you rented the attached apartment.

ARBON: Please exit the front door in the living room as your last thing, so the garage doors are closed and the two garage remotes are in the top drawer are in the welcome table NOT in your car when you leave.
