Want to sleep a little more on your last morning with us?

YOUR CHOICES: Our standard check-out is at 9:00am.  If you are interested, we can offer you a later check-out for a small fee at 9:30am or 10:00am. If you order too late the cleaning team might say no, so for best results order late check-out before you arrive.

OCCASIONALLY: Occasionally we might not have a guest that is back to back when you check-out. We usually know this the day before you arrive. If this is the case we can offer you the following.

Just message us and we can approve if we do NOT have another guest coming the same day. We recommend ordering the no approval late check-out below now and then we can calculate the difference if you want to order the late late check-out. Just be sure to remind us that you already ordered the late check-out.

EXTRA FEES for late departure: My cleaning team charges me extra if they can’t get in when they arrive. We reserve the right to charge you $50 for every 15 minutes you are late over the lake check-out time ordered. Our late charges are not dependent on you seeing the cleaning team arrive.
